Our vision is to contribute to build a better, fairer and united world. Our deep conviction is that a better knowledge of one’s self, of one’s needs and sources of motivation, of one’s strengths and weaknesses allows everyone to develop their talents, to better use their emotional intelligence, to find their rightful place within a group or team and unleash its full potential.

Faced with the transitions and challenges of the 21st century (global warming along with economic, ecological, societal and energy transitions), companies need all the available talents to build the world of tomorrow. However, part of these talents remains untapped…

At REVEALIS, we support :

  • Women to believe in their value, to reveal their talents, to unleash their full potential, to transform their limiting beliefs in order to develop their leadership, and help them to find their rightful place with a healthy work/life balance.
  • Managers and their collaborators in the development of their personal and interpersonal competences, in their well-being at work to allow them to unleash them full potential.
  • Everyone towards a better self-knowledge and self-awareness to find their rightful place and to flourish fully.

Our values

Equity

We strive to ensure equal opportunity in businesses and organizations. A fairer world, where equity has its place, that is what we want to contribute to.

Authenticity

An essential quality, as a leader, manager, or employee. Being true, saying what you think, and acting in accordance with your convictions is the foundation of everything we do.

Well-being

Taking care of yourself is the basis for being able to give the best of yourself. Building a healthy working environment, where kindness and pleasure are present, is a necessary ingredient for everyone to flourish; this is what we advocate.

Values embodied in our support and volunteer activities

REVEALIS is also involved, on a voluntary basis, with several associations involved in entrepreneurship :

  • H’UP entrepreneurs : Since 2008, H’up has represented and supported Independent Workers with Disabilities (TIH) in their efforts to create, develop or sustain their business.

Since 2019, Paola has volunteered to support several entrepreneurs with disabilities. It makes a lot of sense to her to help these entrepreneurs to work on their blockages and fears so that they can fully achieve their potential.

  • 100,000 Entrepreneurs, an association that has been working since 2007 to inform young people aged 15 to 25 about entrepreneurship, with three priority areas:
    • Promoting equal opportunities for every young persons
    • Promoting women-led entrepreneurship among young people.
    • Preparing young people for the world.

Since 2023, Paola regularly speaks in high schools and colleges in Rhône-Alpes to talk about her career path, talk with young people about entrepreneurship, business creation, and answer their career guidance questions.

  • 60 000 rebonds  is a volunteer association that supports post-liquidation entrepreneurs to bounce back with a professional project.

Paola decided to join this association in 2025, to support entrepreneurs in the region who have suffered liquidation to help them rebuild their lives and enable them to regain the confidence needed to move forward and reinvest in a new professional project.
The first support should begin in the second quarter of 2025.

REVEALIS has also created a mentorship program, to support Ph.D students in their career path and professional development.

We are involved in implementing the program and coordinating the various stages. The program runs for one year. We establish a steering committee with our clients, who select the participants (mentors and mentees), and we support them throughout the program.
The first program: with the Réseau Francophone de Métabolomique et Fluxomique (RFMF), in 2019-2020.

The current program with UGA, and more specifically, CBH Graduate School (Chemistry, Biology, Health).
Ten Ph.D. students are supported in this program.
